- By car:

1.Ioannina – Kedros – Petrovouni – Potistika, Paleohori – Prosilio – Syrrako – Mihalitsi – Vaptisti – Houliarades – Kedros – Ioannina.
2.Ioannina – Kedros – Petrovouni – Paleohori – Prosilio – Kalarrytes – Matsouki – Pramanta – Plaka – Kalentzi – Plaisia – Koritiani – Lazaina – Aetorahi – Ioannina.

The municipal road from Petrovouni to Sirako, about 18 kilometres long, is a difficult road with occurrences of landslides.

- On foot:

1.Tsoukas Monastery – Haradra Arahthou (Korovesios) – Houliarades (via wire rope bridge at the Lysia location). Duration: approximately 2 hours and 30’.
2.Ambelohori – Anilia – Raftani. Duration: approximately 1 hour and 30’.
3.Ambelohori – Neromylos Kitsou. Duration: approximately 1 hour.
4.Pramanda – Koryfi Strogoulas. Duration: approximately 3 hours. Sign T1 (Tzoumerka 1).
5.Vaptistis – Houliarades. Duration: approximately 1 hour.
6.Mihalitsi – Gefyra Gogou – Pramanda. Duration: approximately 1 hour and 30’.
7.Paleohori – Paltinei – Kyrkos – Tsouma – Syrrako. Duration: approximately 4 hours.
8.Potistika – Elaiodasos (vryzotopi) – Lapata. Duration: approximately 1 hour.
9.Kalarrytes – Baros. Duration: approximately 2 hours.
10.Matsouki – Vyliza – Kalarrytes. Duration: approximately 2 hours.
11.Syrako – Kalarrytes. Duration: approximately 1 hour and 30’.
12.Syrrako – Peristeri (2,300m.) Duration: approximately 5 hours.
