- The Vikos Gorge:
In the heart of the National Park of Vikos-Aoos lies the jewel of Epirus and Greece: the Vikos Gorge, one of the deepest gorges, 1200 m from the village Vikos, and one of the narrowest gorges in the world, from a few meters low up to 250 m at the peaks. It is crossed by the Vikos River, which flows from the entrance of the gorge close to Monodendri, among willow trees, plane trees and maple trees until it joins the Voidomatis beneath the village of Vikos. A natural and statutory shelter for many kinds of wild life, insects and animals, it offers a wide variety of flowers and herbs, some of which do not grow anywhere else in the world. The healing properties of many of these herbs were once used by the practitioners of the area, the so called doctors from Vikos, who were renowned among the Sultans of the Ottoman Empire.

- The Oxia Location in Monodendri:
Above Monodendri, at an altitude of 1300 m, a natural piece of architecture leaves even the most indifferent visitor speechless. It is the stone forest of Oxia Monodendriou. Successive layers of stone form huge rocks. A view point also towards the gorge of Vikos. A location of particular natural beauty.

- Beloi:
A location with unique view towards the gorge of Vikos, in the village of Vradeto. The inestimable depth and natural beauty are truly amazing.

- Drakolimni:
The largest lake of the National Park of Vikos-Aoos (5 decare expanse), is located at an altitude of 2,050 m in the mountainous complex of Timfi. Here resides a rare amphibian species: the alpine triton. The unparalleled landscape rewards travelers who will reach this place after a four-hour drive along a steep road with Papigo as their starting point.

- Ovires Rogovou:
On the road from Megalo and Mikro Papigo on the left, a short dirt road leads to a unique natural landscape. A tributary river of Voidomatis forms small lakes with crystal-clear cool water. Enjoying a dive is a must.
