The wood sculptured works that were created in all the regions where the Tournovo wood travelled were mainly ecclesiastical such as the iconostases, despotic thrones, pulpits etc., for the liturgical needs of the churches, but also for decorative reasons. However, also in accordance with the demand, mainly by the elders and the agas, they also created works that related to the decoration of their residences, such as the wood sculptured ceilings, built in wardrobes etc. as well as the decorated objects that they used daily, such as the spoons, shepherd’s crooks, wood sculptured chests, etc.
