The groups of stone masons and their organization.
In order to better understand the organization of a boulouki we will refer to one from Pyrsogianni. We will therefore be able to see their structure and organization, since reference is being made to all specializations. The works they build
It appears that the skill in building was innate, at least in the children of Pyrsogianni who were 9-10 years old: without anyone ever teaching them anything, they built shacks and iconostases. The masons also worked at an old age, even when they were 80. The speed of construction was an indicator of skill, when combined with the proper construction.

The design
In the places they worked they spoke their own secret code language so as not to be understood by the owner, which they called mastorka or koudaritka. Vourbiani and Pyrsogianni are considered....

Their travels and the course of this skill throughout the centuries until today
The stone masons, for more than five centuries travel to every corner of the Greek state and to the entire Balkan Peninsula.
